Please be aware shipping costs are non-refundable.
Full refunds of the item/items cost, excluding shipping costs, will be made to the original payment method and must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received; unused, new with no signs of use of damage or wear.
- The return must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The original invoice or sales receipt must be included.
- If any questions beyond this are required to be addressed, please email us at rasttafarihaircare@gmail.com with your detailed explanation of the problem and we will promptly address any issues you may have.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
- If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or missing, please keep all packaging items and submit photos immediately to us at rasttafarihaircare@gmail.com. We will review each incident and concern promptly and communicate to find the appropriate action which may include a refund or reshipment.
Canceling your order:
- A new order may be canceled or changed suffice no shipment has been made. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at: rasttafarihaircare@gmail.com.
Shipping considerations:
- Please be aware that USPS first class shipping does not include insurance or your package. You may consider upgrading shipping to Priority shipping, which includes insurance. We cannot refund items that are broken or lost during shipping as a result of an error on the courier’s part.
- We will do our best in getting your order shipped out within 48 hours. Please be aware that postal delays happen and are more common during heavy shipping times such as holidays.
- Check tracking numbers once provided and allow 72 hours for all updates to be given.
